As the venture landscape continues to evolve, 2025 stood out. For the Chang Robotics Fund, this year was about disciplined growth and leaning into our long-term vision while taking meaningful steps to support founders building real, scalable technology.

Throughout the year, the Fund completed nine strategic investments, backing early-stage companies tackling complex challenges across hard tech, robotics, sustainability, and advanced manufacturing. Each investment was guided by our hands-on approach and technical diligence, prioritizing solutions that can move from concept to real-world deployment.

We also marked an important milestone with the launch of The AIM Company, a platform designed to open venture investing to Main Street capital. AIM expands access to early-stage manufacturing technology investments while strengthening our ability to support founders at the earliest stages of growth.

Just as important as where we invested was how we showed up. Spending time alongside founders at events like the Jacksonville Venture Competition reinforced our belief that strong companies are built through relationships, trust, and active engagement. Being on the ground allows us to better understand founder needs, create ideas early, and contribute beyond capital.

Looking ahead, the progress made this year positions the Chang Robotics Fund to continue supporting founders who are building durable, high-impact companies. We’re excited to carry this momentum forward and deepen our role in the early-stage innovation ecosystem.
